HR Consultant


About the job:

As an HR Consultant, you will support the UK Practice in business growth, responding to potential customer requirements and solution development. You will also be involved in assessing clients’ current HR processes, advising on best practice and delivering these projects in line with their KPI’s and objectives. You will be responsible for translating customer requirements to process descriptions and realizing these processes leveraging technologies. You will help our customers with the setup, adjustment and management of key projects, delivering solutions in conjunction with an offshore team.

Who you are:

  • Good background in HR technology with experience of having supported key workstreams
  • Able to identify and determine detailed requirements and map key processes
  • Experience of working on HR Cloud technology implementation programmes
  • Advising clients on HR architecture design and how this may be optimised through technology
  • Ability to support the business to in defining HR strategy and solutions
  • Passionate about delivering value for clients
  • Strong communicator, flexible and dedicated

This is what you need:

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
  • Experience of deploying HR technology programmes
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ambitious and inquisitive with a pro-active “can do” attitude
  • Able to travel
  • Experience with SAP software

This is ‘nice to have’:

  • Commercial experience
  • SAP SuccessFactors certification
